What We Do
Lawyers of Color is a nonprofit devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities.
Educate
We conduct and commission research and studies regarding the intersection of the legal profession and social justice. We also create and curate articles, blogs, studies, and videos.
Participate
Our global online community advocates for the well-being of our peoples, especially marginalized communities. We mobilize to eradicate injustice. We give change agents a vehicle to respond quickly and forcefully to oppressive and damaging policies and systems. We motivate business, political, and community leaders to effect change and advance equality.
Elevate
We elevate minority attorneys and their causes by hosting events.
